Digital Optimization & Testing Analyst
This resource will help optimize the digital experience for web pages.
Day-to-Day:
- Partner with business stakeholders to manage the testing pipeline, review results, identify challenges and opportunities, and improve digital performance.
- Develop hypotheses and testing strategies, execute A/B and multivariate tests, and analyze/report outcomes.
- Coordinate technical test execution within platforms like Optimizely, ensuring proper setup, launch, and performance tracking.
- Manage multiple concurrent website and app tests at various stages and deliver insights to business partners once statistical significance is reached.
Background & Experience:
- 6+ years in progressive business/technical analytics roles with experience in qualitative and quantitative analysis.
- 4+ years working with software and digital analytics tools.
- Strong experience with A/B testing, digital optimization, and experimentation, preferably using Optimizely.
- Adobe Analytics required (Google Analytics acceptable alternative); Adobe Target required; Glassbox preferred.
- Experience in large enterprise environments; financial services industry experience preferred.
- Familiarity with Jira, DCC, or similar workflow management tools.
- Technical aptitude with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
