UAT Coordinator / UAT Analyst / UAT Lead

Location: PCS CHE, Chennai

Years of Experience: 7-10 Years

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced UAT Coordinator / UAT Analyst / UAT Lead with a strong background in the banking domain. The ideal candidate will coordinate end-to-end User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities, ensuring alignment with business requirements and regulatory expectations. This role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with both onshore and offshore teams.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate end-to-end UAT activities, including planning, execution, and sign-off.
  • Act as a key liaison between business users, QA, development, and stakeholders.
  • Prepare and manage UAT test plans, scenarios, schedules, and entry/exit criteria.
  • Track, manage, and report UAT defects, risks, and dependencies.
  • Facilitate UAT status calls, defect triage, and stakeholder updates.
  • Ensure UAT aligns with business requirements and regulatory expectations.

Mandatory Skills:

  • Strong experience in the banking domain.
  • Proven experience as a UAT Coordinator / UAT Analyst / UAT Lead on banking applications.
  • Strong hands-on experience with defect/test management tools (JIRA, ALM, Azure DevOps, etc.).
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively with onshore and offshore teams.
  • Accessibility Testing experience.
  • Usability Testing experience (Deal Breaker).

Preferred Skills:

  • Commercial lending knowledge.
  • Loan IQ experience.
  • OLBB knowledge.
  • Bilingual (English & French) for onshore resource.

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
