Responsibilities:
Lead and perform manual testing with precision and attention to detail.
Build and maintain strong working relationships with developers, product owners, business analysts, and project managers.
Design and develop comprehensive test cases, scenarios, and plans aligned with project requirements.
Execute tests, analyse outcomes, and provide actionable insights.
Conduct multiple testing types, including functional, integration (critical), regression, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
Identify, document, and track software defects, ensuring timely resolution.
Deliver clear and consistent progress reports on testing status and quality metrics.
Serve as the primary QA representative, ensuring alignment between business goals and testing outcomes.
