Test Manager

Position Description:

We support our clients end-to-end: from defining their outsourcing projects to piloting and implementing them. We collaborate with major industry players across diverse sectors, including infrastructure, support, testing, and cloud services.

Your future duties and responsibilities:

• Establish and maintain global test governance frameworks;
• Define and enforce testing principles, standards, and best practices;
• Coordinate stakeholders across multiple teams (business, development, QA, operations);
• Guide and support Test Managers and Test Leads in applying governance rules;
• Monitor and control the implementation and execution of tests;
• Organize and conduct governance reviews and assessments;
• Evaluate existing processes and propose continuous improvement initiatives;
• Perform capitalization activities (lessons learned and best‑practice consolidation);
• Estimate workloads and plan test activitie;
• Manage budgets and schedules for test initiatives;
• Build and maintain the test governance documentation repositor;
• Contribute to capacity planning and support estimation activities;
• Provide strategic advisory, challenge approaches, and help decision-making at management level.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

With a Master’s degree (engineering school, university, or equivalent), you have 5 to 10 years of experience in test management, quality governance, or definition of testing strategies.

Your skills include:

• Strong experience in defining complex testing strategies;
• Proficiency with test management tools (HP ALM / QC, Squash, TestLink);
• Experience with defect management tools (HP ALM, JIRA);
• Solid understanding of test principles, QA methodologies, and SDLC;
• Knowledge of automation environments is a plus;
• Fluency in English;

• Strong interpersonal skills with both internal teams and cross-functional stakeholders;
• Leadership, autonomy, and a strong sense of initiative;
• Ability to challenge, structure, and standardize practices.
