Key Requirements:
Must have Life Insurance domain experience (NB, CS, Claims, Maturity, Underwriting, Front? end apps).
Project leader with a strong driving attitude to run programs end?to?end and manage P&L aspects.
Drives innovations (P2) and is comfortable discussing AI? related aspects intelligently with the customer.
Should have a thorough understanding of the Life Insurance domain.
Urgent requirement β should be able to join immediately at the customer location.
13 - 15 years of Experience as a TM. Β§ Assign tasks to the team members & manage workload efficiently. Β§ Tracking project milestones and deliverables. Β§ Keeping track of new requirements from the project. Β§ Coordinate with users for inputs, review, and approvals. Β§ Responsible for Metrics Measurement and Implementation. Β§ Report upon testing activities, including testing results, test case coverage, defects. Β§ Ensure adherence to test processes. Β§ Daily Defect Discussions Β§ Managing and monitoring work of team.
Own and manage end-to-end project/program delivery in line with agreed SLAs, timelines, and quality standards.
Strong experience in project/program delivery management in BFSI/Life Insurance domain.
Proven leadership and stakeholder management skills, including senior client interactions.
Sound understanding of SDLC, QA processes, and delivery governance models.
Experience managing P&L, budgeting, and commercial aspects of engagements.
